At Justpro, we continuously strive to provide the best possible quality and service for our customers. There is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific requirements and needs. In case of the damages caused during the transit, the repair or replacement will be considered within 10 days of the delivery.
We request customers to read the design proof carefully before giving approval in order to avoid typographical errors and differences in design. Justpro is not responsible for such errors. In case of products delivered with such errors will be considered for rework( if possible) with extra cost.

Once the sample is approved and the order is placed then the cancellation is not possible since we or our partner immediately start processing the customization. If your order is processed without sample approval then within three hours(3 hours) the order should be cancelled by email and by calling our support team and ensure the process is suspended and due course the payment will be returned after the bank charges if applicable.
In case the payment for the order is not made we will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
